The concept of the warranty period

Warranty period the period during which the consumer, upon detection of any flaws or defects in the purchased goods, may present to the seller (manufacturer, the authorized organization or entrepreneur, importer) requirements concerning the quality of goods (for refund, replacement, free elimination of the fault, decreasing prices, etc.), and they are required to meet the legitimate demands of the consumer (paragraph 6 of article 5 of the Law on consumer protection).

Article 476 of the civil code and paragraph 6 of article 18 of the "Law on the protection of consumer rights" expressly provide that the seller is responsible for the defects identified during the warranty period, just in case, unless he proves that the defects arose through the fault of the customer after the transfer of the product, i.e. independent from the seller or manufacturer reasons.

What kind of guarantees we provide:

Warranty service not performed if:

How is the return or exchange of goods:

In accordance with article 26.1 of the Law "On consumer protection" refund or exchange of goods of appropriate quality is made within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Return of goods of good quality is possible if its trade dress, consumer properties, and also the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of this product.

The consumer is not entitled to refuse the goods of good quality, having individually defined properties, unless specified goods may be used solely for buying a consumer.

Technically complicated goods may be returned or exchanged only if there is a major drawback (according to the List of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other size, shape, size, style, colour or package, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998, № 55). The decision about the return or replacement of technically complex goods is accepted by the Seller according to the results of mandatory quality assurance in the service center.

All diagnostic adaptors purchased in our online store, warranty is 2 years and includes the possibility of warranty repair or replacement for the same.
